In private bookings we look at elements of yoga to suit your needs, including asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and relaxation. With Chrissie's encouragement and support, these sessions will help your practice flourish.
Individual coaching will give you a more personalised approach to yoga. You will receive clear and positive guidance on whichever elements you choose to explore. One-to-one sessions are tailored in such a way to address both physical and mental issues, as well as simply improve your understanding of yoga.
One-to-one sessions are ideal and can help build confidence. You will learn the basic elements of yoga and can always join a class once the fundamentals of yoga have been covered. Sessions will also cover postural correction.
Chrissie uses sensitivity and skill, enabling students to enjoy the yoga experience, encouraging them to listen to their bodies, avoiding unnecessary effort, resistance and strain.
£50.00 for 1 hour.

I travel from Frinton each week and I am never disappointed with Chrissie's classes, they are more than worth the journey for both body and mind. In recent months Chrissie has shown me how to adapt my practice as I have journeyed through pregnancy. I feel very lucky to have such a lovely yoga teacher.
Our daugther has Juvenile Arthritis and keeping her joints healthy is of paramount importance. Chrissie has gone over and above to ensure the sessions we have had with her as a family have taken into account her sensitive joints, whilst creating a relaxed and caring environment.
